  TERRIBLE. I am now being told by Jaguar that they WILL NOT honour a 12 month warranty on a part supplied by them and fitted because of some very bogus , (shell game) they are definitely dealing with me very unfairly and I am going to bomb them on all complaints site it is disgusting they can get away with this ..
  
  DO NOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT AND DEFINITELY DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO HONOUR THEIR WARRANTIES !
  
  DISGUSTING ATTITUDE and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT , invest you hard earned money on a Mercedes where after sales support is brilliant and the Customer is NUMBER 1 ALWAYS and without fail, I should have stayed with my Merc..

  I have recently purchased a new Jag F Pace and am very happy with the car. I have over the years purchased 3 jags and an Audi Q 5. Audi are great at following up on their sales with small gifts phone calls and letters. To date Jaguar are following up on their normal procedure with absolutely nothing. Regards Michael Furze.
